How Soon We Forget
Throughout Psalm 66 are reminders of how awesome God is and how much He loves us even in the difficult times. He tests us; He tries us to make us stronger. What we call the “bad stuff” of life are all part of His plan to make our lives better.
Our response must be to remember what God has done in our past difficult or even horrible situations, grow a little more, and praise Him for what He is going to do with our current circumstances. As Joyce Meyer often says, “you can’t have a testimony without a test.” Each test creates a testimony that we must share with others.
